I doubted if this is true, but one thing for sure is, Single stage means single diaphragm, less prone to hardened diaphragm problem than double stage.

Con:
Injector response time 3.1ms (1.6ms open, 1.5ms close) is a bit slow, maybe you'll notice some lag when pedal is pressed, released. Injector has noisy clicking sound in operation.
